After a night of negotiations, the Spanish Government agreed on new measures to address the housing crisis in the country. The laws include the suspension of the eviction of vulnerable persons who have no alternative housing until 2030, the regulation of the rent per season and the extension of the rental contracts which were in force until this year to 2028.
