From this 18th and until September 20th, Russia held its first parliamentary elections from the beginning of its invasion of Ukraine. The opposition denounces that Vladimir Putin's government prevented the parties that do not adhere to their rhetoric of war against Kiev from participating in the elections, so their presence is almost zero. Direct Paris and Macron's order to protect critical facilities from "Russian hybrid attacks"

They reveal an alleged US demand. USA to allow "dissidents" in Brazilian elections

Bolivia: Parliament Extends State of Emergency for 90 Days · Global Voices

The Bolivian Parliament approved the extension of the state of emergency for the next 90 days, a measure originally established by decree of President Rodrigo Paz. The rule allows the Government to mobilize military forces to contain demonstrations. The protests began months ago because of the economic crisis and the discontent of the citizens.
