Live: Ukrainian military authorities lift air alert in Kiev following a missile attack

The authorities in Ukraine lifted the air alert for the capital after the city was subjected to missile attacks on Friday, 18 September, as the mayor of Kiev had reported. Hours earlier, Moscow forces attacked four Ukrainian cargo ships in the Black Sea, according to the Russian state press. Meanwhile, the Vladimir Putin Administration announced that it confiscated the assets, which are in Russia, of the Swiss food giant Nestlé (NESN.S) and of the French retail chain Auchan.
