Zelensky claims Trump validated the production in Ukraine of Patriot missiles

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced on Friday that US President Donald Trump, after a series of reversals, had informed him of his "final decision": he allowed Ukraine to produce American Patriot air defence missiles.
