The protests of high school students in France: continuing talks with the Government and the United Nations express concern
Representatives of secondary school students, who were received by the Minister of Education and the Minister of Higher Education, called for the continuation of protests with a large crowd on 13 October. According to the Ministry of Education, Friday, 141 secondary schools remain closed in France because of the participation of a part of the students in the protest, less than 4% of the total 3,700 secondary schools in the country. The United Nations expressed its concern on Friday at the violence in French student protests, the arrest and injuries of thousands of protesters.
