Tennessee: A condemned to death survives two lethal injections

Christa Pike, sentenced to death for the murder of a classmate 30 years ago, survived the Tennessee State's attempt to execute her by lethal injection Wednesday night. An investigation has been opened and executions are suspended in Tennessee. The United Nations, for its part, calls for the abandonment of another attempt at execution.
