Rwanda: Resumption of diplomatic relations with Belgium

Belgium and Rwanda today announced the restoration of their diplomatic relations. They were broken in 2025. It was Kigali, who had made the decision, accusing his former colonial power of having sided with Kinshasa in the DRC conflict.
