Russian President Vladimir Putin told his counterpart Donald Trump on Friday that Russia was willing to "supply oil to the US and global markets" in a context of fuel crisis. This project, confirmed by Mr Trump, has attracted serious criticism from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who denounced a "unworthy" and "weak" decision by Washington, at a time when a Ukrainian delegation is in the United States to negotiate.
