Jordanian authorities have arrested three relatives over a church attack in Karak that killed eight people.
Jordanian authorities on Monday arrested three terrorists following a deadly attack on a church during a funeral procession that killed nine people in the western village of Hammoud. In retaliation to the attack by the alleged Islamic extremists, the Jordian military launched stikes on "terrorist organisations" in neighbouring Syria, it said. The three assailants were injured in a dawn shootout with authorities and will go on trial in the nation that supports capital punishment.
