As part of the mediation efforts to end the war between Iran and the United States, Tehran submitted a " nuclear proposal " to Washington through Qatar, according to an Iranian official who confirmed that the consideration of the proposal was conditional on the fulfilment of seven Iranian demands, including the lifting of sanctions, the release of frozen assets and compensation for war.
