Hurricane Isaias increased today, Thursday, while rapidly moving towards the American coast on the Gulf of Mexico, resulting in mandatory evacuation orders throughout Florida and the declaration of a state of emergency in Alabama, while meteorological experts warned of serious sea-level rises, hurricanes and life-threatening floods.
