Iran-supported Al-Houthists in Yemen announced their targeting of Riyadh airport and Aramco on the Red Sea coast of Western Saudi Arabia. Both Turkey and Pakistan had announced that they would send troops and military capabilities to Saudi Arabia under the Joint Defence Convention with the Kingdom, with Yemeni government forces supporting the Alliance launching a large-scale counter-attack to restore Houtin-controlled areas.
