Ahsan Habib is the chairman of the NBR from the weighted Chairman

Chairman Ahsan Habib will now serve as chairman. Also appointed as Secretary of State of Internal Resources (IRD). This post is part of our special coverage Global Development 2011. Four months ago, Enbr was appointed as chairman. He's appointed Secretary-in-law at 10% of the president.
