Bangladesh Bank has launched a $11 billion pre-election scheme to develop the skills of Bangladeshi workers and help them improve their language. The fund, provided by the diaspora welfare bank, allows foreign workers to take free loans to the maximum of Rs.10 million. Five phases will be released in a podcast published by Bangladesh Bank's Facebook page.
