Standard rains sinking Catalonia and draining powers in Spain

In Spain, two people were killed and another lost near Barcelona as a result of heavy rains hit north-east Spain, as announced by the Sunday authorities, warning of the movement of extreme weather conditions north towards neighbouring Jiruna province. The authorities warned of floods in Jiruna, between Barcelona and the border with south-west France, and called on the population to stay in their homes in the areas surrounding the River Ridora and Darrow, which had lost their guests.
