Pope Leon arrives at the Waterdam cathedral at the first papal visit since her reopening in 2024.

The 14th Pope Lyon arrived on Friday at the Waterdam cathedral in Paris, where he was received by the Archbishop of Paris Laurent Olrish at the entrance, before he presided over the sunrise with the presence of religious and recreational men and the students of Eclique. Only one third of the participants were able to enter the cathedral owing to limited space, while the rest of the praying remained on its floor, where giant seats and screens were placed.
