Israel: After the removal of two Arab lists, Does the Arab representation miss the political scene in the next Knesset?

The Central Elections Commission of the Knesset has ratified the deletion of the consolidated Arab list and the joint list and prevented them from holding the twenty-sixth Knesset elections scheduled for next month. The Commission also voted in favour of the removal of the candidature of the President of the Democratic National Assembly, Sami Abu Shahadah, and the Knesset member from the Front Auver Kasif. What's the point of this step? Does it reflect a change in the treatment of Israeli institutions with the Arab political representation file?
