Israel is arresting an Egyptian civilian, infiltrated across the border fence and Cairo, committing to his return.

The Israeli army, on Tuesday, declared that an Egyptian civilian had been arrested during the night after crossing the border fence from Egyptian territory to Israel near the Netzana area, while the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that it would continue to take the necessary steps to return him to Egypt, noting that the parties concerned had ascertained that he had been absent from his home since July last and that he was psychologically unstable.
