Iran ' s Foreign Minister Abbas Arajaji said that he expected a formal reply from the United States on Tuesday to the Tehran proposal to open the Hems Strait, as conveyed by the official media. This comes at a time when the United States President denies that he has offered Iran to ease sanctions and release frozen funds for nuclear concessions from Tehran.
