United States: a Venezuelan national shot in the chest by an ICE agent
A man was seriously injured on Monday, September 21, with a thorax bullet by an ICE agent, the U.S. Federal Immigration Police, during a walk-on race in Austin, Texas's capital. The injured man was identified by his lawyer as Wilber Garcés Pérez, a 28-year-old Venezuelan citizen who delivered by profession.
