France: Route du Rhum fleet ready to depart
The Route du Rhum, billed as the world’s biggest solo transatlantic race, is set to depart from Saint-Malo in Brittany. Skippers will sail alone to Guadeloupe, with professionals and amateur sailors competing in the race, held every four years. Selina Sykes reports.
