Japanese Kamikazes: the testimony of a survivor of World War II
In the last months of World War II, thousands of young Japanese pilots were ordered to launch their explosive-loaded aircraft against the Allied ships. The Kamikaze missions were presented as an act of sacrifice by Japan, but they also left a deep mark of death and controversy.
