French astronaut Sophie Adenot returns to Earth after almost eight months in space, a European record
French astronaut Sophie Adenot returned to Earth after spending almost eight months at the International Space Station, a record of uninterrupted orbital stay for a European astronaut. Visibly weakened and excited upon arrival in Germany, he described the mission as an "ultra-transformative" experience and will now start an intensive physical recovery program.
