Francophonie: "I regretted the departure of the three Sahel states", Louise Mushikiwabo
The International Organization of la Francophonie (OIF) is preparing to hold a vote for the first time in its history to elect its Secretary-General. In an interview with France 24, Louise Mushikiwabo, a candidate for her own estate, called herself "serine". The withdrawal in 2025 from Mali, Burkina Faso and Niger of the organization did not, in her view, constitute a failure "of the secretary general".
