Cuba: Government would be withdrawing supply card system
Is Cuba leaving the supply book system? Apparently, the network of state wineries is being dismantled without any official notice, so Cubans have had to resort to the neighborhood shops, which do not manage the subsidized prices they are used to paying and where they hardly get the money to buy products.
