Paramount Skydance finds agreement with 12 US states to buy back Warner Bros Discovery
Paramount Skydance has reached an amicable agreement, which still needs to be approved by a California federal judge, in order to obtain the abandonment of the proceedings brought by twelve US states challenging the acquisition of Warner Bros Discovery. In particular, the group is committed to increasing its investment in film production and to creating a council on editorial independence of news channels.
