Mediapart: prosecuted more than 300 times, sentenced 5 times
It is a new arm of arms between a political leader and Mediapart: the investigative media published anti-Semitic messages dating from 2013 to 2015, which it attributes to Jordan Bardella, then a young National Front activist. The latter denied and filed a defamation complaint against Mediapart. It's not a first. Since its creation, the online media has been confronted with more than 300 procedures but so far there are only 5 final criminal convictions.
