Ceuta on alert: legislative elections in Morocco in the shadow of the massive crossing of migrants to Spain
Some 15.8 million Moroccans are called to vote in elections to define the next Prime Minister on 23 September. Few believe that their opinion in the ballot box has some value in the face of the king's power or that the results put them a step closer to the solutions. While scepticism is gaining ground, Spain is strengthening the Ceuta border, prevented this time from a new network campaign that could lead to another stampede such as the end of July.
