Johanna Gómez: "There is a limitation for women to be in better positions"

On the International Day of Salary Equality, we recall the data of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) on Latin America. Chile leads inequality with 13.6%, Mexico with 12.4% and Costa Rica with 7.2%. Why has the gap not been closed and which countries stand out in their figures? We analyzed it with Johanna Gómez, a researcher at the Javeriana University Labour Observatory.
