Nepal, among thousands of missing persons and bodies still to be identified
The sudden floods that devastated northern Nepal on 26 August left unprecedented destruction. The number of fatalities continues to increase: nearly 1,400 people have died and a further 5,130 remain missing, including some 600 foreigners from 35 countries.
