Ceuta: What about migrants caught in limbo?
Thousands of migrants remain in a limbo in Ceuta, pending a plan by the Spanish Government to relocate some 10,000 people to shelters. Meanwhile, non-governmental organizations reported torture, assault and threats of sexual violence against minors, allegedly committed by security forces. In the midst of migration tension, increased xenophobia and the demands of local authorities, our correspondent Sofia Català analyses the situation on the ground.
