Critics to the Pentagon by decision to broadcast live Nidal Hasan firing

The former Major of the Nidal Hasan Army, sentenced to death for murdering 13 people in an attack at the Fort Hood base, Texas, in 2009, will be the first military to be executed by a firing squad since World War II. U.S. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth stated that the execution, scheduled for December 3, will be public, and a Pentagon official confirmed that it will be broadcast live. Hegseth's decision has already aroused criticism.
