New York Gov pushes for probe into Cornell's handling of gang rape allegation
New York Gov. Kathy Hochul on Tuesday called for an investigation into Cornell University's response to a 2024 gang rape allegation in which a woman says she was sexually assaulted by seven students after being plied with alcohol and drugs. It comes as prosecutors reopen an investigation into the alleged rape following claims the elite college failed to properly punish the men involved.
