Turkey prepares a memorandum to stop Russia and Ukraine's attacks on the Black Sea
Turkey confirmed that it is working on a memorandum of understanding for Ukraine and Russia to stop attacks on civilian and cargo vessels in the Black Sea. So far, Kiev and Moscow have rejected any kind of ceasefire in that area. Report from our correspondent, Adrià Rocha.
