Russia denounces cyber attacks on the second day of parliamentary elections
The voting systems and lines of communication suffered cyber attacks at the beginning of the second day of the parliamentary elections in Russia, according to the electoral authority and the Digital Ministry. For the first time, elections take place in Donetsk, Lugansk, Zaporizhia and Jerson, Ukrainian territories illegally occupied by Moscow. The elections have also revived disputes in separatist regions of Georgia and Moldova.
