"Where is the confession?": the change of strategy in Lindsay Clancy's defense
In a surprising turn, the woman's lawyer accused of killing her three children in the middle of an episode of postpartum psychosis questioned that she was responsible, by saying that "this whole case is based on speculation," during the hearing called to decide on the future of the trial. Clancy could be tried again on the same charge or by other minors, although the new approach of the defence seems to point to the judge dismissing the case.
