What is the psychological cost of prolonged military missions?
The United States Navy recognized eight suicide attempts by soldiers of the Abraham Lincoln combat group, whose deployment of more than 10 months has aroused criticism of the Pentagon. The ship left in November 2025 for a mission in the South China Sea, before changing its direction to the Middle East to assist in the offensive against Iran.
