The U.S. Supreme Court. UU allows Trump to use controversial voter "verification" system
The U.S. Supreme Court ruled on Friday, September 25, that Donald Trump's administration can use a new and controversial federal database designed, in theory, to verify voter citizenship for next November's elections. Critics argue that the Government overcomes the threat of non-citizens - an extremely rare phenomenon in the U.S. elections - to implement policies that would deprive people who are likely to vote for the Democratic Party of the right to vote.
