South Africa: Towards a historically low score for the ANC at the municipal level?
The African National Congress (ANC), led by South Africa since 1994, is heading towards the worst electoral result in its history, indicating the scores after counting half of the municipal elections on Thursday late in the day. Just over one out of every two South African voters moved on Wednesday to vote in municipal elections, the election commission announced.
