Ethiopia: More than 272 rebels killed in 48 hours according to Ethiopian Federal Army

A new conflict seems to be taking shape in Ethiopia where the Tigray authorities call themselves a "total war" against the Ethiopian government. After 4 years of ceasefire, fighting has resumed in several areas: a total of 272 rebels were killed and 260 wounded in fighting in the north of the country, the Ethiopian Federal Army announced on Thursday 24 September.

Confrontations in Yemen: at least 63 deaths within 24 hours

During the clashes in Yemen over the past 24 hours, at least 23 government soldiers were killed in the Houthis missile and drone attacks in the provinces of Taez and Lahi, a military official of the Government said. On the Houthi side, military sources reported forty fighters killed in Saudi strikes and ground fighting.
