Gender-based and sexual violence: Can the complete law change the situation in France?
The proposal for an "integral law" was voted in the parliamentary committee and debates on the text will begin on 1 October in the National Assembly Chamber. Designed to fight "360 degrees" against this scourge that regularly headlines the press, it aims to be complete: prevention, training and reparation. In total, 69 articles to better define gender-based and sexual violence, to better frame them and finally to take to the body a phenomenon of society that France cannot overcome.
