France: Emmanuel Macron says "Russian threat has intensified"
Emmanuel Macron announced on Friday 18 September that he had asked the French government to "prepare a plan to protect our critical infrastructures" in the face of the Russian "hybrid" attacks, which will not remain "not without answers" from Europeans. The "nature of Russian aggression and threats in Europe changes", warned the French president after having received in the Elysée the party leaders and candidates in the presidential election of 2027.
