Putin Party wins legislative elections in Russia amid fraud allegations
The Russian Government of Vladímir Putin welcomed the results of the elections, in which the United Russian party, which has been in the Executive for more than 25 years, achieved 57 per cent of the votes, amid allegations of fraud and after most opposition parties were excluded from the process. On the streets, the Russians expect little change in the structure of the State, but it does improve the economic situation, hit by the war with Ukraine.
