Russian strike kills four in Ukraine: Zelensky tries to restart negotiations
On the night of Monday, 21 September, Russian strikes killed at least four people in Dnipro, a major city in eastern central Ukraine. One night bombardment while President Volodymyr Zelensky is in New York to try to relaunch the peace negotiations at the UN General Assembly.
