The United States wants to broadcast live Nidal Hasan's execution
The killing by a firing squad of the author of a killing on a military base in Texas will be broadcast live, the US Defense Minister announced, with the UN denouncing on Friday a form of "torture". Nidal Hasan "will be shot by soldiers, as it should be, and we will ensure that the public can attend, that it is public," said Defense Minister Pete Hegseth in a video shot on Wednesday.
