From San Pedro and Miquelon, France and Canada defend their sovereignty in the midst of tensions with Trump
The French President, Emmanuel Macron, received on Sunday the Canadian Prime Minister, Mark Carney, in the remote archipelago of San Pedro and Miquelon, in the North Atlantic, during a symbolic visit aimed at strengthening bilateral economic and security ties and ratifying French sovereignty there, in the midst of Donald Trump's expansionist speeches.
