Zelenski unleashes tension with Seoul by revealing the transfer of North Korean prisoners
Ukraine revealed to the UN General Assembly the transfer to South Korea of two North Korean soldiers captured during the war with Russia, a decision announced by President Volodímir Zelenski that unleashed a diplomatic dispute between Kiev and Seoul. The South Korean authorities accused Ukraine of making public an operation which they claim was subject to a confidentiality agreement.
