Spain: two dead and one missing after a rainy record in Catalonia
For the first time in 143 years, since there are statistics, Barcelona reports more than 200 litres of rain per square metre after a day that "will pass into the history of climate records," according to the Meteorological Service of Catalonia. Flooded houses, submerged vehicles and affected hospitals make up the picture with which several municipalities of the region woke up. The time limit requires the cancellation of dozens of flights and affects the movement on most railway lines.
