Bangkok under the water: the state of natural disaster declared throughout the Thai capital
The authorities of the Thai capital Bangkok declared on Saturday the state of natural disaster following two days of torential rains that caused the roads to submerged and the canals to overflow. The governor of the city, Chadchart Sittipunt, said the floods are "stabilized" but the damage is considerable.
