Isaiah became a post-tropical cyclone on Saturday after touching land in Florida as a category 2 hurricane, causing floods and leaving more than 512,000 customers without electricity in that state and in Alabama. Although it lost intensity, the risk of flooding in the south-east of the United States remains.
